Features jammy blackberries, sweet cherry, concentrated plum, and an overall smooth structure with a supple, lingering finish. 21-day primary fermentation, aged 16 months in new French and Hungarian oak barrels. Medium-bodied with balanced characteristics. Pairs with veal, lamb, beef, salmon, tuna, mushrooms, berries, pasta, pizza, and non-soft cheeses. Currently out of stock.
