A Rosé of Pinot Noir made using the Saignée method from estate-grown grapes. Fresh fruit flavors of strawberries, cherries, raspberries, with hints of ruby red grapefruit and watermelon. Nice acid balance, delicate fruit flavors and a clean, crisp mouthfeel. Named after Olivia, the winemaker’s youngest daughter. Sells out fast! Pairs with shrimp, scallops, crab, chicken salad, grilled halibut, paella, and salads.
