Our reserve line where we hand sort the most premium grape clusters. 21-day slow fermentation for maximum extraction, aged 12-16 months in 100% new French oak barrels. Top 5 barrels selected annually based on intensity, color concentration, opulent fruit, and integrated tannins. Typical blend: 60% Clone 667, 25% Pommard, 15% Dijon 115. Balanced acidity, barrel toast, and velvety mouthfeel with concentrated fruit and excellent aging potential.
