Description
A Brut style sparkling wine produced by the Traditional Method Champenoise using select Pinot Gris grapes from our rock pile section of the vineyard. Crisp acidity and minerality with flavors of honey crisp apple, pear, melon and underlying citrus fruit create a clean and refreshing sparkling wine. Pairs with fresh fruit, mild cheeses, bread, and pretty much anything you can dip into hummus.
