Description
A full-bodied Chardonnay sourced from a warm, southwest facing, rocky hillside just south of Red Mountain, Washington. 100% new French Oak (Chatillon and Fontainebleau sourcing) with primary and malolactic fermentation in oak. Monthly battonage (lees stirring) to extract tropical fruit flavors. Nutty, creamy, smoky and vanilla tones. Pairs beautifully with buttered scallops, Dungeness crab, creamy pastas, or roasted chicken.
