Description
A Brut-style sparkling wine produced using the Traditional Method Champenoise with select Marechal Foch grapes from the southeast slope of our vineyard. Inky garnet color with continuous bubbling and tingling acidity. Flavors of black cherry, raspberry, currants and spice. Named “The Black Phantom” in honor of our founder, an F4 fighter pilot for the U.S. Navy. Pairs with chocolate, robust cheeses, nuts, cured meats, and desserts.
